Am I eligible for Carrum Health benefits?
To be eligible, you must receive primary health coverage through your employer-sponsored health plan and be enrolled in a PPO, EPO, or HDHP (HSA Eligible) insurance plans. Other restrictions may apply.
Do I need to have a cancer diagnosis?
Yes, to be eligible for one of our Carrum programs, you need a confirmed diagnosis of cancer.
What types of cancer do you cover?
We have programs for nearly all cancers – including breast, prostate, colon, rectal, lung, gynecologic, melanoma, urologic, hematologic, liver, pancreatic, and more. To see what specific program you are eligible for, contact Carrum Health. Call 888-855-7806.
What types of cancer do you exclude?
We currently exclude non-melanoma skin carcinomas, such as squamous cell and basal cell carcinomas. Please consult your dermatologist or HR representative to understand if there are other benefit options available to you.
