Does Carrum Health cost me anything?
Care is provided at no cost to you or your covered dependent (age 18+), and you’ll never receive a bill. Individuals enrolled in a high-deductible health plan (HDHP) must first meet the IRS minimum deductible, after which, in most cases, there are no additional out-of-pocket costs.
Sometimes the best possible care may not be located near you. If you need to travel to receive care, the cost of your travel is often covered for you and a travel companion. This may include costs such as airfare or ground transportation, hotel fees, mileage reimbursement, parking, etc.

Do I need to have a cancer diagnosis?
Yes, to be eligible for one of our Carrum Health programs, you need a confirmed diagnosis of cancer.
